- Although I am an agent of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, I maintain separate systems from my brokerage, and I do not share your information with them unless you employ me as an agent of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage to represent you in a real property transaction.

- Contracting technical service providers to develop software or perform system maintenance, and who may, as a result, have access to the systems where your information is stored.
- Employees or contractors who provide administrative support services, and who may, as a result, have access to the systems where your information is stored.
I employ third-parties to provide you with current Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data.
If you register to receive regular property updates, your contact information will be stored on servers operated by a third-party service provider, iHomefinder, Inc., who maintains their own privacy policies.
I maintain physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to ensure the protection of data.
I have installed physical and electronic measures such as virus and firewall protection and other means to protect your data. I physically secure your data and train staff about their duty to protect your data.
I may change my privacy policies and practices from time to time as a result of changing business practices, new laws or regulations, etc.
